The touchscreen is not responding

If your touchscreen isn't working, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check for Physical Issues:
   • Gently clean the screen with a soft, dry cloth.
   • Inspect the screen for any visible damage.
2. Test Touch Functionality System-Wide:
   • Try using the touchscreen outside of the Display Sweet app (e.g., Home screen, Safari, Settings).
   • If touch works elsewhere, the issue likely lies with the Display Sweet app.
   • If touch doesn't work anywhere on the device, it's probably a hardware or iOS problem.
3. Restart Both Touchscreen and Computer:
   • Press and hold the power button to restart both the touchscreen and the computer connected to it.
   • This often resolves temporary glitches that cause unresponsiveness.
