The iPad is not starting

- Check Power & Charging
- Plug into power: Connect the iPad to a known-good charger and cable. Use an Apple-certified charger (20W+ for newer iPads).
- Wait a few minutes: If the battery is fully drained, the screen may stay black for up to 5–10 minutes before showing the charging icon.
- Check the cable & adapter: Test with another charger and cable if available.
- Force Restart the iPad
- For iPads with Face ID / no Home button (USB-C or Lightning):
- Press and quickly release Volume Up.
- Press and quickly release Volume Down.
- Press and hold the Top (Power) button until the Apple logo appears (hold for ~20–30 seconds).
- For iPads with a Home button:
- Press and hold both the Home button and the Top (Power) button.
