The app is stuck or frozen on the iPad or is showing a white screen
This article provides a troubleshooting guide when the DisplaySweet app becomes unresponsive, freezes, or displays a blank screen on your iPad
- Force Close the App

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap Home button if the iPad has one).

Find the DisplaySweet app preview.

Swipe it up to close completely.

Reopen the app.

Restart the iPad
-
Press and hold the Top (Power) button + Volume button (or Power + Home button for older models).

Slide to power off, wait 30 seconds, then restart.

Clear App Data (if possible)

Go to Settings → General → iPad Storage → DisplaySweet.

If available, tap Offload App (this clears cached data but keeps content).

Reinstall from the App Store if needed.

Update

iPadOS: Go to Settings → General → Software Update.

DisplaySweet app: Open App Store → Updates, install the latest version.

Reinstall the App

Delete the DisplaySweet app (tap & hold → Delete App).

Restart the iPad.

Reinstall from the App Store and log back in.

If It Still Freezes

It may be a sync issue or corrupt data from the CMS/CRM. In that case:

Try logging into the DisplaySweet app on another device (if available).

If it works there, the issue is with the first iPad’s local data.

If it fails everywhere, it’s a backend sync problem → contact DisplaySweet support.
